Terms and conditions

Since all our items are custom made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items. 

Our items have a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.  (DL-14 dummy load has a 1-year warranty) 

To start a warranty repair/exchanger claim, you can contact us at hifivector@gmail.com. If your warranty exchange or replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an authorization will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

 

Once we receive the item we will inspect it.  If it is found to be defective and not damaged caused by user within 90 days, we will repair or replace at our discretion. If it is found to be damaged by user error than we can repair for a repair fee which varies by item and what needs to be replaced. 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Order cancellations:

Since our items are custom made to order you have 1 hour to cancel your order in case you make an order in error. Once we start making your item we cannot cancel the order.
 


Exchanges:
Since our items are custom made to order we cannot accept exchanges. In rare circumstances we may make an exception at our discretion.

Shipping:
Since most of our items are made to order please allow 2-3 days to ship. For the DL-14 dummy loads shipping will take approx. 2-4 weeks. All packages come with $100 shipping insurance. I you would like more insurance please contact us and we can add it to your order. We are not responsible for lost or damage items from the shipping carrier.

If you put an old or incorrect address on your order and don't receive it, that's on you, we are not responsible if you have have an incorrect address on your order.

If tracking shows that an item has been delivered, then it is considered delivered. In the rare event that tracking shows delivered and you don't receive it you must contact the postal service and file a claim.
